Shortcuts added intelligent actions and integration with Apple Intelligence models. The Phone app came to Mac through Continuity for calls from a nearby iPhone, with Recents, Favorites, and Voicemail. iPhone Live Activities could appear in the menu bar and open their app through iPhone Mirroring. This was not an integrated cellular modem in the Mac. It depended on the phone and on Continuity's requirements and regional limits.

The compatibility list retains specific Intel exceptions: the 16-inch MacBook Pro from 2019, the 13-inch Pro from 2020 with four Thunderbolt 3 ports, the 27-inch Retina 5K iMac from 2020, and Mac Pro from 2019. It does not include every Intel model supported by Sequoia. The table separates preview, launch, and 26.1, recorded on November 3, 2025, without claiming this is the latest patch or a complete history.
