Power Macintosh 8100/100 (1995)
The Power Macintosh 8100/100 keeps its own entry, separate from the 8100/80 and 100AV. Apple TIL 16933 documents a 100 MHz PowerPC 601 with FPU, 32 K on-chip cache and 256 K L2. Support gives a 33.3 MHz data bus. The summary includes January 3, 1995, not turned into delivery evidence. S-video and DAV are not added: TIL reserves them for the 100AV.

History and documentation
The Power Macintosh 8100/100 keeps its own entry, separate from the 8100/80 and 100AV. Apple TIL 16933 documents a 100 MHz PowerPC 601 with FPU, 32 K on-chip cache and 256 K L2. Support gives a 33.3 MHz data bus. The summary includes January 3, 1995, not turned into delivery evidence. S-video and DAV are not added: TIL reserves them for the 100AV.
Memory and display
Memory must distinguish source and bundle. Support gives 8–264 MB. The general TIL gives 8 MB standard and 264 MB maximum through eight noncomposite 80 ns SIMMs installed in matching pairs. It documents 4 MB ROM, 2 MB VRAM expandable to 4 MB and DRAM video for another display. The chart distinguishes 16.7 million colours at 640 × 480 with 2 MB and 32, 768 at 1024 × 768, rising to 16.7 million with 4 MB.
Storage and connections
TIL lists 700 MB, 1 and 2 GB disks; support gives 700 MB–1 GB. The bay supports AppleCD 300i Plus, without claiming universal inclusion. TIL documents an internal SuperDrive and 5.25-inch half-height bay. Three NuBus slots, one ADB, AAUI-15 Ethernet, two LocalTalk/GeoPort serial ports, dual-channel SCSI and 16-bit stereo complete documented expansion. External SCSI supports six devices. System 7.5 is required; support identifies Enabler 1.1.1. Expansion capacity is not confused with an included accessory.
Software, dimensions and photograph
TIL separates 200 W continuous output, but its AC line names the 8100/80: it does not verify that line's 298/453 W for this model. The summary lists 200 Max Watts. Its 14 × 7.7 × 15.75-inch dimensions and 25.3 lb weight are attributed to support, not equivalent conversions of inconsistent TIL pairs.
