What it adds
iPad Pro with M5 was announced October 15, 2025 and reached stores October 22. It keeps 11-inch and 13-inch sizes with tandem OLED Ultra Retina XDR displays. Apple focused on creative and AI work: up to 3.5 times the AI performance of M4 in its own tests. The N1 chip adds Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6 and Thread; the C1X modem is only in Cellular models.
