What it adds
The 14-inch MacBook Pro with M5 was announced October 15, 2025 and reached stores October 22. Apple focused on local AI: a 10-core GPU with a Neural Accelerator in every core, 10-core CPU and 16-core Neural Engine. Claims of up to 3.5 times the AI performance and 1.6 times the graphics performance compare with M4 and come from Apple tests, not an independent evaluation. Apple Newsroom · 15-10-2025
Before choosing
Unified memory supports 16GB, 24GB or 32GB. The 14.2-inch Liquid Retina XDR display has ProMotion up to 120Hz; nano-texture glass is an option. It includes a 12MP Center Stage camera, three Thunderbolt 4 ports, HDMI, SDXC and MagSafe 3. Claimed battery life is up to 24 hours of video or 16 hours of wireless web, not 24 hours of intensive work. Fast charging requires a 96W or higher USB-PD source. This page covers base M5, not M5 Pro or M5 Max. Apple · Technical specifications

Launch price
From US$1,599 at launch in the United States (14-inch M5). Not a current Spanish price. Apple Newsroom
